COVID-19 VACCINE PHASE 1B
Phase 1b vaccinations commenced on the 22nd March, 2021.
General practices, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services and GP-led respiratory clinics will begin to have appointments available, with numbers increasing each week.
Doctors of Northcote will start receiving COVID-19 vaccines towards the middle of the year.
To see clinics near you that will have the vaccine visit the COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Finder.
As more clinics join this phase and more vaccines become available, the number of online appointments you can book will increase.
If you can’t find an online appointment right now, please come back in a week or two and check again.
WHEN SHOULD I HAVE MY FLU SHOT?
To ensure you’re protected when flu season starts, we recommend having your flu shot first.
The Department of Health’s advice is that you should wait at least 14 days before having your COVID-19 vaccination, if you have had another vaccination recently, including your seasonal influenza.
