Dr Leonie Sutton
MBBS/B.Med.Sci, FRACGP, Dip. Child Health
Léonie graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2010, then completed her internship and junior doctor years at St Vincent’s Hospital before working in the western suburbs to gain more experience in paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology.
After completing her GP training locally, Léonie undertook a Diploma in Child Health. She enjoys the variety of work that general practice entails, and particularly loves getting to know the family background and social context of her patients to ensure she can provide relevant and focused medical care. She has also spent time working within the refugee health sector.
Outside of work, Léonie is an avid plant enthusiast and container gardener, she loves to stay active and can also be found keeping her local cafe’s in business!
