Dr Emily Rubinstein
Emily graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2015 and completed her internship and residency at Western Health. Her experience in the hospital system was intentionally varied to provide a broad foundation for her future in general practice.
Emily takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, and enjoys practicing medicine with families through all stages of life.
Emily’s special interests include:
- Women health
- Children’s health
- Mental health
- Geriatric health
- Iron deficiency – Iron infusions
Emily believes that offering patients autonomy and governance when it comes to their health is of the upmost importance. She enjoys involving patients in decision making and coming up with a joint plan when it comes to managing issues.
In her spare time, Emily can be found chasing after her toddler and spoodle Daisy at the park or catching up with her friends over coffee.
